DNR padding their work loads with speeding tickets??

This Is What I Seen!

Before They Made It Illegal To Be TEXTING & F'N Off On Their Phones Alot Of Them Were Holding Their Phones Up By The Top Of Their Steering Wheels & Some Got Perty Good At It!

When They Made It Illegal/Started Clamping Down On It The JOKERS Started Setting Their Phones Down Between Their Legs So Cops Couldn't See Their Phones!

This Is When The Real Reckless Driving Started!

I already explained that one to you bessy. Time for you to start pushing those Basin legislators to pass the hands free law!

I Made The Mistake Of Going To Farmington Bay Many Years Ago On Opening Morning!

That Particular Year They Had A New Law Saying You Couldn't Shoot The Female/Hen Mallard!

As Usual,Somebody A ways Off Caps A Round Off 20 Minutes Before Legal Shooting/Hunting Time And All You Can hear Is A ROAR Of Gunfire!

100's If Not 1,000's Of People Shooting The SSHHITT Out Of Stuff While 3-4 Un-Lucky Hunters Are Getting Citations!

So A Pair Of Mallards Are Headed My Way But Were Quite High!

I Shoot The Drake & As He Is Falling 2 Other Guys Open Up On Him As He's Dead & Falling!

Then They Both Run Towards The Quacker Screaming: It's Mine,It's Mine!

I'm Sitting Back In Disbelief Thinking:Yup,He's Yours!

I Will NEVER Hunt At Farmington Bay Ever Again!

I Seen More BULLSSHHITT Tactics In A 1/2 A Day Than I've Experienced The Entire Rest Of My Life In The Field!

And They Were All Over A GAWD-DAMNED Quacker/Quackers!
I can’t believe that you didn’t fight for that duck. I thought you always tried to have a freezer full of bear roasts and ducks to get you through the winter!

I’m not sure hen mallards have ever been completely illegal in utah… you can’t shoot more than 2 in a single day however.

Farmington is a special place. Anything is possible

Slight curve on the main road, somehow struggled to make said curve and flipped er in the drink. During the day. No snow or wet roads.

Like I said, anything is possible at Farmington 🤣

Dude standing in the mosquito den, shirtless, explains the situation.

DWR paid over 6 figures for those 2 pit toilets out there. I painted them for DH hours.

They made it a year. Now it's portashitters.

Great stewardship of lic money

nothing surprises me at that place anymore haha too bad to see such good resources go to waste

So again, why would you ask the Wildlife Board those questions?

These people don’t work for the Wildlife Board. If you want to ask the board that, you should also go to your city council and ask them too. But go to the Board and ask them, I guess.
Man, you must be in bed with them! You must not care about poaching or wildlife. My bad!

I believe people are mostly upset that we have UHP, city and county cops to patrol traffic violations. DWR is for the wildlife. The fact they are actually putting in time and resources to patrol things we already have tax dollars paying for, when they could be out doing what their actual job, is what get people mad. You hear all the time their resources and man power is already stretched very thin. Yet here they are, patrolling for moving violations, that’s the issue.
Come on man, let's not make this into a common sense explanation, 😆🤣😂 This is exactly how I feel too!

Pretty stupid comment really!! Seems pretty far fetched to have a law enforcement officer enforcing the law huh? Obviously they’re not targeting people for speeding or the numbers would be substantially higher. You really want a law enforcement officer to turn a blind eye to someone driving way too fast, recklessly or even drunk so he can get to the closest dirt road?? Would be pretty sad to have a tragic accident happen that could have been prevented if not for just turning a blind eye if you ask me.

You really want the DWR checking for registration stickers or documenting litter in the highway? Is that what they are for? That's why we pay Pittman fees and license fees?

We average over 100 poaching incidents a month, that get caught. Imagine what isn't when the avg DWR officer is responsible for 2000 square miles, and he's on I-15.

Yeah, PRETTY STUPID COMMENT to think that we have Highway patrol that should be doing "THEIR" jobs on the highways and then to cave Police officers doing "THEIR" jobs in the city. Seems like DWR officers should be doing THEIR jobs, but I guess thats just me. I guess I am just STUPID!!!

If that’s what they were targeting on a daily basis then yes I would see that as an issue. But that obviously isn’t the case or numbers would reflect it. If DWR officers are asked to help out with a speed trap or DUI checkpoint and they write a few citations I can live with that.

Would you be upset if a county sheriff helped a DWR officer on a poaching incident even though that’s not what you’re paying him for?

That wasn’t your comment, but ok. I guess you have a problem with a county sheriff helping a DWR officer on a poaching incident because that’s not his job?

Helping out and doing it all on their own are 2 different things.
