I am not posting this for the lap dog, but if anyone is actually interested in what the Lacey Act says, the animal or plant in question must be ILLEGALLY taken, possessed, transported, or sold in violation of any law, treaty, or regulation of the U.S., a state, or any foreign law. So yes, violations of STATE law (or even foreign laws) implicate the Lacey Act.

If the animal is lawfully taken, possessed, transported, or sold—then no Lacey Act violation. People can Tri and distract, but if no poaching happened, the feds wouldn’t have put Wade Lemon in federal prison. Period. End of story. No debating this fact unless someone wants to lie some more about it.

He was never charged or convicted of fraud. The Lacey Act has nothing to do with fraud. He triggered the Lacey act the second a part of the cat crossed a state line.

The press release says big scarry words like fraud because they don't want to admit they are giving old men prison sentences for shipping animal parts while most of the country is suffering under violent crime from illegal aliens.

He triggered the Lacey Act the minute he took payment for the illegal and FRAUDULENT killing.

The skin, has zero to do with it. All charges related to illegal transport, WERE DROPPED.

HE PLEAD GUILTY to the fraudulent take charge.

Why did he plead guilty and not go to trial?
