Another Draw Odds Question

In the odds tables posted, are the points listed points going in to the 2015 or coming out of the 2015 drawing?

Just check and see if there is a '0' point pool.

If there is, it's going into the draw; if there isn't, it's figuring odds after the draw.

grizzly is correct.

Utah shows the zero point pool.

Plus the draw odds post date, 6/10/15. after the draw is completed for 2015.

So, they are 'coming out of 2015' ....

Going into 2016.

Thanks! I thought it was points going in and was drinking instead of thinking when I posted. The zero points pool showing on the applicants pool has to mean it is points going in. It would start at one point if it were points coming out of the draw. What confused me is the 22 point row. 21 going in last year was max possible, 22 coming out.

I think I am two off the deer max possible pool with 20 now (I thought I drew elk the second year of points and switched to deer the next year) and one point behind the likely nonresident draw pool for Henry's any weapon buck for another 10 or so years. It looks like the -1 21 point point pool might have a chance this year if one of the three remaining points only max points people do not jump in.
