Yeah that "trafficking" part is the actual crime. That's what the Lacey act is all about. They'll throw in all kinds of dramatic words in there that sound like crime because nobody wants to read about an old dude going to prison for mailing a cat skin across state lines.

Ol' Millie here is getting wet panties over whether there will be more charges for someone trying to take care of and keep his word to people he does business with. That really doesn't sound like a person that defrauds people.

Then he finishes with the DWR aren't "fans".

So let's get this straight. If some government employees aren't your "fans" they set out after you to find a crime to charge you with.

Kind of sounds tyrannical.

Seems when an entire office gets thrown under a bus, as Wade attempted to do with BLAAAMM, let's not forget HE SAID he called his neighborhood office, knowing all along he called a fisheries biologist in Price, they aren't as keen to to let lawlessness pass.

It's not "just life sometimes" for law abiding citizens. 99% of the hunting community has never been on trial for hunting violations. It's nuts how you normalize this behavior- like it's no big deal. It IS a big deal when someone with that much influence on the hunting culture is on trial for felonious actions against hunting laws.
 
And another thing Tri- if Wade is a good guy, like you say, (which is possible by the way)- he would do something to show it. Like admit guilt, cut a deal with the prosecutors, and then use his platform to show recompense. Maybe admit that his business interests got the best of him, and he is taking action to turn it around.

If he's a good guy, and he did half of what is charged- show some remorse.

If he's innocent (which is highly doubtful)- then fine, fight it and clear his name. Good luck with that...

He is not. He's a washed up old snag that will break the law at the drop of the hat. I've had exactly two personal interactions with Wade in the last 30 years. Both times he was breaking the law.
 
Which gets us back to where this thread should be: About the criminal actions of a prominent outfitter in this state that have finally caught up with him. I have zero doubt Tri will try to distract this thread again, like he always does. Steers try, tri. Time for you to man up.

I hope what is happening to Mr Lemon (and the other Wade...) is a warning shot to outfitters across the state. This type of skirting the rules will no longer be tolerated. One can hope, at least.

If the answer is no then you don't know anything. You believe what you have read and you gossip about it here.
