WLH going to prison

Ok, I can not wait, so I will finish this discussion.
Tristate shut the hell up!
Let's hear the story cam@strawberry!
I regretfully whiffed on a 215” non typical tonight at 48 yards.

Sat an escape route while brother and uncle worked it directly, buck came right below me and I think I may have rushed the range and got 48 when he was actually more like 40. Buck was about to step into tree line so I was moving quick, but long story short, I watched an arrow fly beautifully over his back.

Talk about lies, there aren't any deer that size in Utah. Barely any pisscutters in Utah.

Among other lies, I've been told southern folks are polite. I've asked 4 times now Tri, how was court for Wade on Monday. It's not polite to ignore the question.

That's a bummer. Hope today is better.

It's perfectly polite and proper not to engage in gossip.

What gossip?

Wade was in court Monday-fact.

There was a result-fact.

He's your good buddy who you talk to all the time-ummmm.

Now come on, I'm sure your momma tried to raise you better

In Utah, do guides and outfitters (who I assume are licensed) have special penalties for game violations? I'm wondering- akin to teachers having special laws about inappropriate relations with children- if Utah views their guides and outfitters to have an even greater responsibility to uphold wildlife laws.

If so (and even more if not)- considering what appears to be a significant number of violations, if greater penalties would help discourage the bad apples.

And just so I’m clear, landowners who lose their hunting privileges still get private land tags? Seems like a pretty big hammer right there.

It's gossip. Your momma just gave up on teaching you the difference.

Tri... playing the same old tune.

I find it humorous and a bit flattering that Tri is still talking about me.

Did you dream about me last night, lil buddy?

The outfitters are under the State licensing, so hits to the license don't go through DWR.

There has been, and likely still is a group in SLC whose job is to protect the industry, not the wildlife.

BLAMMM wasn't the first time WLH had done that call another office stunt. And it wasn't his first run in with them.

By the time he was finally charged in fed court, it had been double digits run ins.

He's not alone, but he's the highest profile.

So it's a catch 22. Move control of them to the DWR, and they are protected. Or let State control them, and like shitty contractors, they are never shut down.

I’m glad WLH was finally nailed for all the crap he’s done. But the rest of this thread was a sad waste of a few men’s lives.

You’ll never be shut up. None of us have the ability and we definitely aren’t that lucky!!!

RAZZIN YA BOBCAT!

All these guys have a way to skirt the law..look a Ryan Hatch (Muley crazy) doing business as usual except the magazine..seems like they always find a way to carry on

Kinda just makes the point. You won't fix the problem with a state license. It's never shut down bad contractors when they lose a license.

The states need a compact. Guilty in one, banned in all. The fines need to be equal to the price of the hunt.

That means tag price at auction or sale, plus guide outfiter rate.

And finally. The triggers need to face consequences. Don jr facing felony charges along with WLH cleans this up.

Wlh charges and convictions aren't a secret. Guys booked with them BECAUSE they will do anything, there's no other answer.

We could just ban guides on public land and fix 75% of the issues

Yes. It's the job of the government to make sure people can't be employed anywhere. Get real, Milli.

What do you mean "there's no other answer"? There is a wide spectrum of all kinds of answers. Price, service, results, quality of product, etc. .. people do business for lots of reasons.

Plenty of private land for outfitters. The citizens own the wildlife, we can do as we feel.

Can't stop criminals from being criminals by letting them profit from their crimes

No you can't do as you feel. Don't believe all the hype they keep telling you at the pride rallies.

No one here is profiting from crime. It's legal to be an outfitter and make money.

Is there a difference between what WL was doing,, and having 20 guys set on a giant buck for days waiting for a convenient time for the owner of the auction tag to show up and shoot it?

No, dr jones cannot. But anyone who works in dr jones office could move to dr Spencer’s office and take dr. Jones clients with them.
That makes sense I suppose, guides must have been exempt from the sentences.

Seems like an easy paper trail to follow, since clients sign contracts and pay earnest money to the original outfitters, then all the sudden everything is magically transferred into another nest.

But......if it's a legal transition, then it is what it is.

Yeah, we actually can. As Wade Heaton about what happens we feel baiting is illegal.

Or your good buddy when we feel canned lion hunts are.

Public land guiding us legal, until the day after it's not.

You afraid of the gays now?

Yeah?

Huh.

Cuz Wade don't go to court until Feb for the bear hunt illegality.

But don't let facts get in the way of your "factual"
This thread was about the lion conviction. He was fined more than probably 5 times the profit that would have been made on the one lion hunt.

Stay focused Milli.

Factually incorrect, unless Wade didn't charge a fee on this bear hunt. Call him and ask him, and please report back.

Interesting how you think b e a r spells lion.

No factually true. Go check what thread you are on.

Dude you are really making zero sense.

Keep up honey, it's about WLH going to prison.

I know, because I started it.

Vanilla wrote B E A R.

As usual in your rush to show your "genius", you didn t read.

It's a four letter word.

B e a r.

I know hooked on phonics failed you

Actually I did read. What's amazing is you can't even remember what a thread you started is about.

Once I was a bear, a good old bear too, but now I’ve finished bearing, I don’t know what to do!

Now that the case in Carbon County is set for trial, I wonder if they’ll subpoena the bear tag holder he had as a hunter to testify?

Almost 600! Keep trying for the record!

BTW, if anyone can show me even one time “he that argues” has admitted he was wrong, I will buy them a 6 pack of their favorite. I only bet sure things!

You guys just keep on enjoying the fray. It’s called a circle for a reason. The only reason to walk it is to end up right back where you started. Again and again and again. It sure isn’t about Lemon any more.

Please explain. And not talking about a misstatement that was corrected. Has to be a difference of opinion where he changes his mind due to someone’s logical presentation of facts. I missed that it ever happened. Of course I have used the block feature for a couple years, so I missed a bunch. But it will shock me if it ever happened.

False. The first post in this thread was about Wade Lemon getting sentenced to prison for his criminal acts.

You’ve tried very hard, albeit unsuccessfully, to make it about something else. But it’s always been about Mr Lemon and his crimes.
Yes the first post was a news article about a conviction but it never was about that.

Why do you think your boy Milli started claiming it was about a B-E-A-R just a few posts back?

I never made it anything else than what it always was. The same half a dozen children who get pleasure from hate.

Criminal actS. Plural. He’s going to trial on state charges for an illegal bear hunt in February in addition to this cat case that got handled by the feds and sentenced him to prison. It easy to lose track when the cases are frequent. I get it.

The list of criminal acts is actually quite long. It’s not hate. I don’t even know Wade, it would be hard to hate him. I hate what he stands for and all the times he has skirted the laws over the years. But I don’t hate him as a person. That’s a terribly strong word that doesn’t really fit the facts.

Facts are all I care about here. Wade Lemon has broke a lot of wildlife laws over the years and they are finally catching up to him. They almost always do! That isn’t my fault, I didn’t make him do any of it. I’ll surely talk about what’s in the public record, however. If he didn’t want that, he could have simply not broken these laws.

Get real Vanilly. You called him a "lowlife". I suppose that's a term of endearment where you're from.

Don't pi55 down my collar and call it rain.

You know when a liar just gets sad to listen to? When he starts believing his own lies.
