See Tri the problem you got, is you consider that big game. Actual big game hunters don't take things out whole. There's reasons for that, mostly covered in the "big" part of big game.

We also don't carry it strung over our shoulders and down our backs, because we don't have laundry service at the lodge, and our reservation isn't up, so we plan on staying and not smelling like bloody, dead ****. Again, ask your guide he'll explain

Hes 18 now, his little brother just turned 13.

While your sorry azz sits in Houston, hunting season starts Saturday. We end in mid Feb. Any day I want, free range, no permissions, guide fees, trespass fees.

That's what we fight for, keeping the Texas out of our hunting

Nope, hunting year round here for big game would be illegal. Something you don't care about, but I do. So nope, I don't love hunting big game year round.

Just like I don't think that beating your wife is just a part of marriage. Or that poaching is okay. Or that not documenting taxidermy items properly under the Lacey Act is fine. See, we disagree on lots of things!

But out of all of our disagreements, my largest is the one in this thread. I do not believe that beating one's wife comes along with being married. I could not possibly disagree with you more on that than I do!

I have no doubt there are some good ones out there (and personally know a few), but the big name outfitters seem to have a problem following laws in this state and give you all a bad name. Police your own and do something about it. Following laws is not hard.

I stand by my statement that guides and outfitters are a net negative for sportsmen in this state. Way too much crap comes with high stakes/high dollar auction tags and outfitters incentivized to kill at all costs.

Smith and Edwards is just down the road, I'm sure they have pavement colored camo so you'll blend in.

It's still in the 90's, not sure you need the fur hat.

Good thing is with the rock quarry next door, you can sneak right in on one of these wild wapatis.



Now, what do you say? Ole Buzz has a bunch of elk pics, you best get on it to get some.

Never have much been interested in elk. Not saying I wouldn't ever go for one but I don't think they are all that pretty and take up to much room.

Elk cows I like. Wish I could get one every year but most years seem to be prioritized to something else.

Just figured we should point out…….. we crossed over the vortex a decade or two ago……….. there is not such thing as a correct nor a universal definition of any word in the English language any longer. It’s what ever anybody say’s it is.

Here's what the majority of this state, who don't hunt, see.


Hunters light fires under trees bears, hunters run canned lion hunts, hunters trespass, hunters poach, hunters harass deer in campgrounds, hunters using helicopters, hunters beating their wives.


Not a SINGLE one of those were hunters, EVERY one of them commercial buisnesses, and all within the last year.

The majority of us are getting g real sick and damn tired of the corporate folks f-ing up then demanding the hunters need to stand by them in support because otherwise the antis will end hunting.

WE are sick of it. We are tired of every headline azzhats in the corporate space bringing heat on the 99.9% who somehow manage to hunt without needing a lawyer.

Here's a secret. This site carries a ton of weight. It's monitored heavily. One only needs to look at recent decisions, and the noise that started it.

The commercial hunting industry should start paying attention.

Notice no other State has one.
Coincidence we have so many outfitters getting in trouble with the law, I think not.

Almost every state has hunting expos. Multiple ones and they existed before the Utah one.
