Convicted sex offenders and convicted felony gun violators should have to register.....with the local cemetary.

That would prevent sex crimes and gun crimes.

Not being a lawyer, I wonder if double jeopardy would apply? As I recall, one of the beefs about registration from years ago was that felons would not have to register their weapons because of double jeopardy.

That being said, I agree with eel, except for the drunk guy who pees in public...they should not be registered as sex offenders.
