Vortex shoutout

Just want to give vortex a public shoutout. Sent some 10x42 Diamondbacks in because eyecup kept falling off. They replaced my old ones with new setup. I can't afford Swaros or anything very expensive so I'm not comparing to that level. It's just good to know vortex cares about its customers. They sent a care package with hat, stickers, lens cleaning kit. Feel better wearing that hat than the nice Muley Crazy hat I have...

Vortex is a great choice for lower /mid budget guys like me. Satisfied with the binocs and spotter I've been using for many years. Suits my needs without breaking the bank. Just giving some thanks!!!!

Spotted a pair laying on the side of the road,, tore to pieces.

Sent them in and got a brand new pair. Plus a chest carry pouch.

I have a spotting scope that I leave on the deck of an AIRBNB that gets abused by kids and what not. I have had it replaced 3 times.

I'm a fan enough of their binos and spotters even thought they don't hold a candle to better glass but I would NEVER trust a possible once in a lifetime shot at a big critter with vortex scope. Sure their warranty is good but who cares if you miss out on a giant buck because it failed.

I've been able to harvest everything from moose, elk, bison, deer and lopes with Vortex scopes/optics. They seem to keep working just fine for me. I'm a big fan. And their customer service level is second to none.

I guess I've just been lucky, cause I've never had any issue with my Vortex riflescope.

They are a great company. When I used there stuff I had to use the warranty a couple times and it was always top notch
