I heard you guys were up in Washington state...

"The African spur-thighed tortoise was brought to the WSU hospital in April by its owner, suffering from a severe leg injury with an unknown cause, WSU officials said. The injury was life-threatening so the leg was amputated at the shoulder."

Hope he doesn't plan on doing much "offroadin" with that "couch caster" attached to his shell. That pretty brass certainly accents his natural camo, ought to be a little easier spotting him come hunting season. Also, a third point of reflection should Eel employ the spotlight for this one..

So much for fair chase....however, it seems as though road hunting for the little fella might be opened up.

Compromise, hell! ... If freedom is right and tyranny is wrong, why should those who believe in freedom treat it as if it were a roll of bologna to be bartered a slice at a time?
