Leo says he'd estimate about that 10% caught, probably similar to the rest of the Intermountain area.
He also said, they have about 70 dudes in field, in the entire state, so take that for what it's worth.
Hoss is right. Buzz wanted to be a smart azz(as usual) and got caught, then in usual fashion he tried to spin and twist.
