These are either brand new or completely refurbished by Swarovski with all new lenses and outer covering. I sent mine in for a complete repair, and paid to have all new lenses and internal parts put in. When they came back, they came back with a new serial number. They look to me like they sent a brand new replacement. Regardless, they will be in brand new condition. I don't have the neck strap, but I will add a General Season quick clip tripod adaptor mount which is shown in the photos.
