I will be in the Kemmerer area with my 12 year old son, his first out of state hunt, over Christmas school break looking for cow elk. I have hunted Wyoming for years but usually in September and October and not in the SW corner. I was hoping to get a lead on a couple butcher shops in the area open that time of year. Thank you
