This morning was Hatch Chile duties, and freezing for the upcoming year. Smelled like a bear spray went off in the kitchen!! It'll make your eyes water, and lungs tighten up, for sure.

Tonight I treated myself. Sautéed shrimp scampi, fried halibut and Littleneck clams steamed in butter and beer tonight! Oh my.
