Red Beans and Rice, with Texas twist

Smoked beef ring sausage, andouille sausage. Plenty of jalepenos, salt and black pepper. Red beans, pintos, Mayacoba, and some northern white beans. Turned out good!!!

Made a good lunch, just by adding cornbread!!
