They did a number on that herd last year. I think numbers this year will be super concentrated around water or agriculture. But honestly I bet less than a 2% success rate. There is more elk on the oquirrh side but they like to hide in the private. I know there was some issues last year people trespassing private and Kennecott. I'm sure they will be patrolling that heavier this season.
