Thanks for posting. I wish I could go to the southern RAC meeting in Cedar City today at 6pm. I hope the place is packed full of hunters standing up to what they believe in.

Where do you we send comments to this RAC meeting and is it too late? On some of the other RAC meetings there didn’t seem to be to many comments.

Too late for the SR RAC comments unless in person. On line comments to the RAC's were cutoff Nov 7.
I believe you can still send to the WB.

Southern RAC just voted against lowering the buck to doe ratios that were proposed.

What a cluster! Been watching and it’s a joke they want to change multiple things all at once and on top of that add tons of tags to see what works. The main guy say lowering buck to doe ratios may or may not help deer numbers they don’t know only thing that really matters is weather so sell as many tags as possible I guess. What a joke.

I agree it's an imperfect system. How how any member of the committees , RAC's or WB are selected are not particularly representative.

But it is the legal process.

Restricted weapons and APR proposal passed.
Youth must follow 4 point APR on pine valley.

They sure were trashing on the dedicated hunters just now. Guess the $1000 plus dollars I’m giving them to hunt phantom deer for 3 years isn’t appreciated or needed.

The success rate going to be real low on Pine Valley the first year of the APR. What gets me is they didn’t tell anyone about the survey something like 60%+ didn’t want the change.
