New Upland Bird Taxidermy! Almost Completed And Looking Incredible!!

I killed some really nice California Quail a few years ago and had them mounted in as life like a pose and habitat as I could find. A couple of years ago I killed a mature, late season wild rooster Pheasant. I asked a gentleman from Western Colorado if he could do the work. The pheasant is drying and looks more life like than any that I have seen next week he will add it to the quail mount, just about like the digitized photo shows. He is great to work with and his product is incredible.

I was quite impressed with the one leg up pheasant pedestal……… the metal one. I thought it made a lovely blending presentation.
