From what I've heard there is some CWD loss. I also think they did a lot of culling in some areas.

No such thing as CWD loss. There’s culling loss due to game and fish over reaction to CWD but no measurable CWD loss. EHD wiped out 85-90% of the whitetail herd in extreme NW ND as well as over half the mule deer so I’m guessing that could have been part of the problem in southern SK but not CWD.
