Montana 313 Goat

Just found out I finally drew a Mtn. Goat tag for unit 313 in Montana. Wondering if anyone might have some helpful info, always willing to repay the favor. Thanks

cottonwood creek westside is a good palce to start.

Be picky. That's the healthiest goat population in the state, I would try to spend as much time up there as possible and try to find a really great goat.

Congrats on a great tag! We were there in Jan.Buddy drew an elk tag. Saw a few rams near the cedar creek drainage. East side of the highway. Saw a great ram across from the devils slide. Literally bedded right up from the parking lot. Met some of the greatest people while out there. Good luck on your hunt. dave

313 goat isn't the same as 313 elk. I wouldn't mind hearing about your elk hunt however.
