I used the New York end of a mule deer strap. Soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, pepper, Worcestershire and olive oil. Was in the liquid for 24 hours....could have used 48.

That looks great. I do a marinade similar to that but without vinegar. But I would like to try that so how much vinegar do you put in it?
