New Mexico Muzzy and Az Archery Bulls, a few years apart.

Alright you said best elk not best bull. I’ve only had one bull elk tag and things never lined up for me so I ate tag soup. This cow was taken during the rut and was the second best hunt I’ve been on. First was when my oldest boy and I drew mule deer as a party. Good ole Nevada

My brother’s first Nevada elk hunt. 2023 late season rifle hunt. Put in a lot of hours on this hunt. Weather was wild on this hunt, it was snowing off and on the week before opening day.

Not my best in regards to score and by a good chunk, but usually the first one I look at in the casa. 2018 I didn’t kill my WY Gen. Bull, and we love eating elk. I had a 4th deer tag in CO and thought If can catch three days on the end of 3rd it’ll be worth the gamble and I’ll run out early. Then I watched it snow big between 2nd n 3rd . Was at the trail head Wednesday Eve. of 3rd, OTC tag n pocket. Found him Friday morning killed him Friday evening on the backside of a ten six pass. The highs were 3,4, and 5 for the three days, gd tymes. Had a gritty fkn buddy with me too. Elk Hunting, you’ve got to love it.
