Yep they are poachers, H#ll the guy even had the nuts to go hunting a bull elk after he knew he was going to be charged with this crime, He must of been thinking I'm untouchable, SO do you guys really think he has found a true and honorable path since that night.

I don't know the guy, so it's tough to say if he's used this time to truly learn from his mistakes or if he is just going to do his sentence and continue in poor decisions and criminal behavior. It's sad that his buddy that helped him cover it up, according to reports, has a prior offense of this kind. You do this once it is bad enough. Do it twice? Oy....

I can only imagine the shame and embarrassment this has brought to not only him, but to his family. Garland---that is Small-town, USA. Everyone will know what happened.

I hope whatever punishment is handed out is sufficient to help him reflect and make real changes in the way he thinks. Because anyone that will go to the lengths these guys did has something SERIOUSLY wrong with how they think and operate.
