Hunting Antelope on Ft. Bliss

Ol stinkystomper told me to talk to nmpaul. So I am trying to reach out to him or to anyone else who might want to chime in on this.

I am a active duty soldier, and I am able to put in for the antelope and barbary sheep hunts on Ft. Bliss. I am already instructed to put in for the sheep. But does anyone know what the goats are like on the base?
