I keep hitting just to the left. Moving my sight is of no help! I am almost maxed out on adjustment. If I tilt my bow to the right in brings me dead on. I'm lost as to what i'm doing wrong. Any help would be great. Thanks

Is your level actually level on your sight box?? Help...I'll answere the same as always...TAKE YOUR BOW TO A PRO SHOP!! They'll be able to find out what's going on and have you shooting good again in no time...

I had the same problem a couple years ago. Turns out that the rest was not properly tuned. I second taking it to the bow shop. Good Luck

I just got back from the shop, paper tuned great, It has been an on going problem, not sure what it is but I think its me. I am getting good groups just two left of where i am aiming.

If a rest adjustment did not solve it, then, like you said, it is probably you. Hand torque on release possibly.

Do you hit futher left the further you move back?

Everytime I hit to the left it is always because I dropped my right elbow. (Right handed shot) Don't know if it helps, but hand torque shoots right for me, dropped elbow shoots left.

I shoot left when I get fatigued. It usually helps to stop for a few minutes and let my arms rest. It very well could be "shot anticipation" as well.

What brand bow do you shoot? I had this same problem when I bought my Matthews Switchback. I was fed up and couldn't figure out anything to fix it. I actually took it in to a shop to trade it in for something else. The owner told me he had quite a few poeple come in with the same problem on a matthews. He talked me into buying a custom grip for about 60 dollars and it did the trick. ive been shooting straight ever since. Thought it was cool that he talked me out of a new bow and into something cheaper rather than talking me into spending another 700 dollars on a new one.

If quizzes are quizzical, what are tests?

+1 Fugitive

Had the same experience with the Switchback. Some folks can shoot the stock grips, but the vast majority I know have gone with an after market grip.

I went with a brand called Torqueless grips.

I'd be looking at your grip-torqueing the bow, or maybe shooting a draw thats too long. Does it happen with your first shots of the day also?? Or after a few ends and maybe your getting tired and your not using the right muscles to hold and pull through the shot. Without seeing you shoot or checking the set-up its just guessing. dave

What part of illinois are you located? I'm in south of rockford. Gotta be someone that will help ya out. dave
