henry's buffalo

I happened to be lucky enough to get a first hunt hunters choice buffalo tag at the Henry Mtns. I was told by a co-worker that they are having hunts for cow buffalo that are going on right now. No one at the DWR will call me back or let me know. Does anyone know anything about this?

yes they are having a cow hunt they let out 160 permits they will be extinct after the hunt!!! we seen about 60 last weekend we was down there.

I could be wrong, but if I remeber correctly there were 2 hunters choice hunts with 20 tags in November and 1 cow only hunt in December with 32 tags.
