Well thanks. I'm not crying in my Beer over it. Their Mom and I divorced when they were young. Things happened after that so I'm not carrying guilt. My girls just didn't date nice guys .

I'm a grandpa. We had a great three-day weekend with family. My wife and I are now worn out, but it was great. It's hard to believe that we used to be able to keep up with our kids when they were little.

I’m so thankful for my dad. He took the time to take me hunting. Even though when he took me he stood almost no chance of harvesting. He always supported me. He was always there for me. I always felt loved by him. I always knew I was extremely important to him. I hope someday I can become half the man he is and always has been. Maxed out integrity , maxed out heart wise , maxed out compassion , maxed out honesty. The best man I’ve ever met , and somehow I was lucky enough he was my dad.
Thanks dad for being exactly who you are.
