Has anyone heard how many tags are planned to be issued for the 2013 seasons?

Let me guess, you drive a 1 ton with oak trees for smoke stacks, 12" lift kit and 40" tires to pull a single place lawn mower trailer?

They are offering doe licenses in the basin this year, so deer licenses will increase that way. My guess is buck tags will go up as well.

They don't make tag quotas until the May meeting. That way if there is a bad winter, they can cut the numbers or if it is mild and numbers are up they can raise them. Sucks for those of us applying, but it makes sense to see how they come out of the winter before locking in tag numbers.
