Fishing rod cases

Family and I are taking a trip up north to do some fishing in September. Looking at getting a rod holder for all our poles and was hoping to get some input on decent cases/tubes. Has to be able to fit roughly 8, 7ft rods.

I used an 8’ length of 4” pvc pipe, added threaded collars and screw in cap to haul rods down to the coast for a vacation. Worked well.

I bought single and double rod holders at Sportsman's Warehouse years ago. They also hold my Spinning reels and I love them. I use them when I am heading into lakes on the ATV.
When I go backpacking I use a Bass Pro Shop 7.5' 4 piece rod that has a lightweight sleeve. I attach it to the outside of my pack and carry my reel and light tackle on the inside of my pack. I have a lightweight Shimano Vanford Reel but it cost a pretty penny.
