Ok. fast and hard core diet . First night it was just this a Hatch Chili Traeger grilled Ground Beef. I added Hatch Salsa but didn't take Pic. One is enough. Beef only . Water with Lemon . No more Energy Drinks, no sugar, low sodium fish, shrimp, steak diet. View attachment 149563

Good luck!! I quit coffee, caffeine, sugar and carbs 2 weeks ago. Didn't answer a pic though.

Haha. If I quit coffe, caffeine, sugar and carbs....it would be the longest 5 minutes of my life, and I might not survive!!! It would be like turning off the Mt Dew tap to Utah. Complete chaos
