Deer backstraps. Smoked with cherry wood then marinated in teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice and garlic for a day. Then put it in the air fryer for 10 minutes on each side… Delicious….

Smoked then marinated? I’m no chef but I’ve never heard of this. Is that a thing?
I don’t have a Traeger or a Pit boss. I got an old little chief smoker. I smoke for flavor I only have it in there long enough to burn a couple of pans of chips. I don’t always marinade it but I did this time. Then I cook it the traditional way barbecue or air fry..
