I checked the web site, I would pass on the knives. Their 440c stainless steel knives are only heat treated to 54-56RC. this is low on the scale and the knife will not hold a sharp edge any longer then most factory knives that are cheaper in price.
Good heat treating on 440C should have it in the range of 57-58RC for very good edge holding abilities.
I have seen very decent custom knives offered on Ebay, with deer-elk horn handles that would be better then the brand you mentioned and in the same price range or lower.
