With all this heat wanted something cool for lunch. Smoked elk and kale.
Kale cut up and marinated in honey balsamic dressing overnight and topped with smoked elk.
It’s pretty good.
Like a lot of foods, it’s how it’s grown and prepared. Friend grows it so I get it fresh. It’s actually pretty good if prepared right and allowed to marinate overnight.
Maybe it was the great smoked elk that saved it.
