Wife is in Sun Valley all week with her girl friend. She told me to lay off the junk food, and eat balanced meals while she was gone. I then have permission to fry anything I want in the house, right!!! Yippee!!
Club house Reuben on marbled rye, with pastrami, turkey, ham, bacon, double baby Swiss cheese, lots of 'kraut and home made Thousand Island dressing. Oh My!! In order to balance out the meal, I cooked a pecan pie too, and didn't even boil it over
For all you Doubting Thomas's, yeh, I did throw away the tomatoes after pics!!!
