Breaded Backstraps.

My favorite way to eat deer backstraps. Dip them up in eggs seasoned flour then fry them up. With mashed potatoes, kernel corn, and smothered in country gravy. I made extra so I can freeze it in seal a meal bags. And take them on my Colorado muzzle loader deer hunt next month. I’ll be eating good around the fire.

Yes, I put them in Seal a Meal boil bag’s make sure all the air is out of them. And just put them in boiling water for a little bit and you’re good to go. Or a microwave.
