What a feast tonight. Always cut off those tips and ends along with any well-done pieces of beef brisket. Save just for this meal right here! Love to eat fresh green beans out of the garden.

A little bit of burgundy, since I had one open. Also cooking the mushrooms first to soften darkens them up. The tips are dark from the crust of being cooked previously

This would be real similar to a beef burginon, if you made it with fresh meat and added some carrots and celery. Excellent for those big tougher elk round steaks!
