bases for White Super 91-II

Any idea where I can locate scope bases for a White Super 91-II? No luck with White, Cabela's, Bass Pro, etc.

If yours is taped on the barrel in front of the reciever,you can use Weaver bases.The front base is #46 & the back is # 35.Thats what I have on my Super 91's.
