Bad wildlife biology the alpha male of the pack as mentioned is with wolves not coyotes who do not live and hunt in packs, unless I'm mistaken which Is possible. IMO this is another example of trying to muddy the water and confuse the uneducated public with B.S..

How many of you have seen "packs" of coyotes? The most I usually see is one, sometimes two or three. Which might be either a pair or a female with her pups. I think they have packs, and Alpha males mixed up with wolves.
