We have seen a few good ones, but not what we want yet, last weekend a lot of cows without bulls, saw one bull and cow kinda liking each other. I expect the rut is just starting We are heading out this afternoon again.

Been out a few days since the fire. The bulls we have been watching have moved out do to the fire. We have seen a bunch of bulls but not that special one yet. Just wondering if anybody has seen anything exceptional.

We have the 69 moose hunt. although the fire took out a bunch of the hunt, we did see 11 moose on Sunday, no big bulls though. Good luck on your hunt. I know they aren't unit 70 moose but with cooler weather they are finally showing themselves.

At 54,000 acres and 2/3 of Tex Creek WMA burned up its going to be a tough winter on the big game. All road restrictions have been lifted today. We have a moose hunt opening today looks like we will be looking at new spots to hunt.
