A week later I took another drive and took these pics. More snow. It's really beginning to pile up. This will be my last trip for the winter. Winter is taking her toll on the critters. My favorite golden eagle will be well fed this winter. We go back a few years. The last pic is a buck I photographed the week before. He had moved about 50 yds. He posed well both times. I sensed he was in trouble the first week, but when I saw him this day, I knew he was toast.

I thought it was a calf drowning when I saw it. I was shocked at how poor a swimmer he was. Taking a good picture of a buffalo is like taking a good picture of a cow.

The desert seep. Some years ago, I setup this trail cam on a seep out in the desert. Some pretty cool stuff happens there

I have a ton of tc pics. Running out of regular camera pics! Maybe I should quit posting multiple pics. Hmmm.
I've posted so many on this thread I'm probably repeating myself by now lol. Oh well. This is another desert seep I put a camera on one summer when I drew an antelope tag in the area.

I’m too lazy to post his message, but you will see it many times if you look through the thousands of great pictures in this thread. Some of these guys are very talented.
Tony was a cantankerous old cuss who’s banter I miss very much. I like keeping his thread alive.

I was talking about the damn marmot. I have a stack of unpunched tags that prove that deer are safe in my yard.
Lumpy, meet Limpy. He got his footsie hurt during the rut and ended up staying around the house because the other tom’s were trying to kill him.
He’s getting better and should be back in the game when the rut comes again.
