Anyone have any experience with these binos? They look to be really good glass.

I was also wondering if anyone knows if a 2x doubler can be used with the Zen Rays??? Such as a vortex doubler??

Any help is appreciated,

thanks,
Jordan

The ZEN ED 2 series is fantastic glass for the price. I've had 7x36, 8x43 and 10x 43. I kept the first and last. I have used them hard, but no abuse. They have held up well. Another one to consider is the new Theron Wapiti APO-ED series.

The Vortex doubler will fasten on just fine.

Thanks Steve, exactly the answer i was looking for.

I don't know anything about Zen Rays but doublers are usually a waste of money. I had one for a Swarovski and got rid of it. It clouded the image so bad you could see more detail with the plain binoculars than you could with trhe doubler.
