Zeiss service quest.

I have an older pair of zeiss classics 10x40 and the lens has some small light scratches. Has anyone ever sent theres in to get refurbished to know what it would cost and how long the turn around would be? It doesnt really bother me but someday I would like to get them fixed. Thanks nwhunter

Give Zeiss a call. They were more than helpful with questions I had about my new Victories. I am sure they would be happy to answer all of your questions. There phone # is 1-800-441-3005. Very nice people to deal with.

I sent in a pair of older Zeiss 8x56 and had them put new eyepiece lenses on as the originals were scratched. It cost me about $175 to have that done. It would be about a little bit more to have the objective lenses done. They had them fixed and returned to me in about 3 weeks.

Just had all 4 lenses replaced in my classics. $325.00 they said about 10 days. turned out to be 2 months. however they did send loaners after I called the second time.
