Zeiss question

I took a tumble this year while hunting deer. I scratched the coating on my victory fl t* binos. I am sure they won't be warrantied, how much would it cost to have them repaired? I have been unable to get ahold of Zeiss customer service, the scratch really doesn't effect the clarity, but I would like to have them repaired if the cost is not too outragous.
Have any of you sent binos to zeiss?
Any idea on how long it would take?
Any guess on what it would cost?
