Zeiss Bino's Price

I have a good friend who ended up with two pairs of Zeiss Victory Binos. 8x32 and 10x32. He likes the 10x's and is looking to sell the others. He's giving me first show and I was wondering what I should pay. They seem to go for around $1500-1600.

I've heard good things about them and have handled the 10x's and cabelas, but does anyone have an opinion.

I had been considering the 8x30 SLC's due to the price $999. I have 15x56 SLC's, otherwise I would get the 8x42's.

You can get the Zeiss Victory 8x32s on line for $1270.

I think that the 8x32's are the perfect companion to the 15x56,s.

And you can do a lot better than $999.99 for the 8x30 SLC's.....

Do not pay those prices for a new pair of Victory's. Call Cameraland and get a demo set (cant tell um from new) and still get a full warranty. I saved several hundred dollars on a set of Victory's last year and they are great binos.

Well I found a great deal on a gun, so this Bino purchase is out for now. Is anyone else interested? I am pretty sure they have the Lotu Tec water-repellent coating.
