Youth Archery Info needed

I was asked last week if I would be able to talk to some scouts about some of the basics of archery this coming week. I have found a little info that is pretty good on the net but was wondering if anyone has taught a youth hunters safety course or something like that that might have some info that they could share with me?

As it is I am planning on talking a little about the history, ethics, safety, and the different types of bows. Anyone have any info or ideas? I would appreciate the help. Thanks

Try looking on the National Bowhunter Education website (www.nbef.org). They will have some materials for you. They have been very helpful in the past. They also have a lot of material directed toward the youth bowhunter. Kudos to you for volunteering your time to pass this rich tradition on. You never know...you may be teaching the next Randy Ulmer or Jim Horn. Good Luck!
