Young hunter and have a question

I was just looking for some help. I am from Eastern Montana and am looking to help a couple of new hunters get there first deer. I just was looking to go to Eastern Montana cause I’ve been there a couple of times for mule deer. I was wondering if anyone could help give me some ideas to go hunting that don’t require a special tag draw for mule deer. We’re not looking for monsters just a mule deer bucks just to help my new to hunting hunters get there first mule deer buck. So if anyone could help me out on a decent spot to hunt for mule deer. I was looking at the Missouri breaks but I don’t know if you need a special tag drawing or what.

The whole hi line and breaks are ruined. You will see more out of staters then deer! Good luck finding what you’re after…
