I just posted a Honey-Garlic glazed meatball recipe on the "After the shot meat care and cooking" site. I know you rarely look at that site so I thought I'd mention it here for those that are interested. This one is a GREAT recipe and easy to do! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Please be aware that I kinda screwed up the list of ingredients on the post in after the shot cooking. The second to the last ingredient is 1/2 cup of HONEY, not milk. Milk was at the top of the list. Sorry.
