Wyoming tag numbers

Is there any way to look at the proposed or approved tag numbers for the 2017 season? I'd like to look at the NR tag numbers before I put in for WY this year. Are the numbers posted somewhere? Or is it like Utah where you don't know until after the draw deadline?

They were up for a month. They'll be back up May 1.

Where will 2017 tag numbers be posted. I have not found them. Maybe not back up yet but more likely I am not looking in the right place.
