How was Wyoming for those of you who hit the opener? We found about 18 antlers between 3 of us. Nothing big. Not as many people as I had suspected. The weather was crappy, so maybe lots of people threw in the towel before it even started.

Found 39 on the opener good year lots of fresh. Found 37 the second day not as many fresh. all in all it was good six sets.

Hit Wyoming today in the snow storm. Lots of live critters on the hoof, not a lot of drops.

I've hit 3 of my "honey holes" and have a grand total of 4 sheds. Maybe I should call them former "honey holes?" Never did see much for deer sign. Either the deer were in different areas or our deer herd is in serious trouble.
