Wyoming Spring Bear

I got my bear tag in the mail last week and I am planning on going up May 8th and 9th and see what I can find. I plan on hunting on the Hoback. How much snow is up there? I'm guessing there won't be much left if the weather stays the way it has been. Has anyone hunted up on the Hoback and have any tips for a spot and stalk guy? Any places to they would recommend? Do you think the bears will come out sooner this year?

Thanks,

I went up just south of the Hoback, Horse Creek area, on Saturday and I was surprised by how much snow is still left. I parked my truck in the same place I had to in January and hiked the rest of the way. A few places down low that were bare but over all still a lot of snow. Many bears are already out and about.
