Wyoming Region F unit 111

LAST EDITED ON Jul-11-15 AT 09:22AM (MST)[p]My dad and I drew tags for region f public and we are going to hunt unit 111 mainly because its close to our cabin. we are staying at the wapiti mtn cabin arriving oct 24-31. was looking for any info on where to go into public or pretty much any info good or bad. thanks for your help

That may be too early for good hunting. The later in the season the better, as these mule deer are migratory. There is also lots of wilderness in 111 if you are non-residents.

I wasn't aware of the migratory nature of that unit, but as soon as I saw in the Reg that it's open until the 10th of November I was going to suggest delaying your hunt for a week to ten days and go the last week of the season nearer the rut.
